Getting started

Download. Install. Restore.

Three essential steps, with guidance for your operating system.

01

Download safely

  1. 1.Go directly to wizzwallet.org. Follow the official release link for your operating system, if one is published.
  2. 2.Confirm the package matches your computer and check the release notes, publisher and any published checksum.
  3. 3.Keep the original recovery backup safe before updating or replacing an existing installation.

Install on Windows

  1. 1.If an official Windows installer is available, check its publisher and any published checksum before opening it.
  2. 2.Run the verified installer and follow its prompts. Keep Windows security protection enabled; do not bypass an unexplained SmartScreen warning.
  3. 3.Open the installed application from Start and choose to create a wallet or restore an existing one, if the release supports it.

Restore your wallet

  1. 1.Use the import or restore option in a verified app that supports your existing backup. Do not create a new wallet when restoring.
  2. 2.Enter your recovery phrase privately, in its original order. Use the original additional passphrase, if there was one.
  3. 3.Match your network and account settings. Compare a known receiving address and wait for synchronization before sending funds.

Keep your recovery phrase private. Never enter it on a website, send it to support or store it in a screenshot. Verify your backup before uninstalling or resetting your wallet.
